The Everett Township Hall is available to the public with a signed hall rental contract available on this page.  Dates are available on a "first come" basis which would include payment for rent and deposit.  The hall does include a small kitchen with full size refrigerator & microwave and an apartment size stove. (Tables and chairs are described below).  Rent is $65 for 4 hours or less and $125 for over 4 hours.  The deposit is $100 and must be a separate payment which will be returned as long as the hall is left in the same condition as when rented.  All trash must be removed by the renter.  No alcohol or smoking.  No red drinks (as they stain).  Events must end by 11 pm on the date of the rental.  Call or email to check availability.

I will do my best to contact you if your contract and payment are not received and the date is requested by someone else.   In the event that I am unable to reach you, the first payment/contract received will always be the party to get the reservation.  No exceptions!

Included in the rental are twelve 6' x 18" tables, one 6' x 2' table, the conference table as pictured below which is 10' by 4' at it's widest, and 75 chairs.
